Marc Weinsweig specializes in maximizing enterprise value during periods of significant transition. His experience includes interim management, performance improvement, restructuring and serving as an expert in litigation matters. He has served in interim CEO, COO, CRO, CFO, Trustee and Receiver positions. Mr. Weinsweig is also an Adjunct Professor at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business for MBAs on the topic of corporate restructuring. He previously was a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Weinsweig earned his M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University, where he was the recipient of the Graduate Business Foundation National Leadership, Peer Leadership and Faculty and Staff Recognition Awards. He earned his B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Weinsweig is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Turnaround Professional, Certified Valuation Analyst and is trained in Six Sigma principle
Chris Stevens has over 22 years of diverse experience in both corporate accounting and consulting. His prior work experience includes both PricewaterhouseCoopers and FTI Consulting. His primary areas of expertise are in the areas of business restructuring and due diligence. He typically assists companies encountering financial distress to improve operations and enhance reporting to key stakeholders. Mr. Stevens has also served as the Controller/CFO for various companies including a 3rd party fulfillment and response entity. While there, Mr. Stevens spearheaded an aggressive restructuring program to align the company's cost structure to the revenue stream. In addition, he directed all aspects of a capital expenditure budget, involving the relocation into a new state-of- the-art facility and facilitated the divestiture of a non-core business segment. He also has extensive experience executing due diligence engagements for lenders and equity sponsors related to financing or sale transactions. Mr. Stevens received an MBA from the University of Notre Dame as well as a BS in Accounting from Frostburg State University. He is a member of the Maryland Association of CPA
Jonathan Fick’s areas of expertise include cost controls, management reporting and analysis, cash flow forecasting, corporate financial planning, treasury, corporate accounting and financial statement analysis. Mr. Fick served as Interim Treasurer of Ritz Camera & Image, Controller of a $100MM wireless infrastructure provider and has held financial leadership positions at the largest on-line seller of cell phones. He has extensive healthcare experience at a licensed healthcare services agency regulated by the New York State Board of Health. Mr. Fick received a BS in Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting and Finance) from the School of Management of State University of New York at Buffalo and has over 15 years of combined industry and business consulting experience.
